Trevor's Birthday, etc

Tanner got to take one on one swim lessons from my friend in her backyard pool!

 He did amazing and learned so much.

I took the kids to the Calvert County Museum to check it out.

It was super fun and not crowded at all

Tanner's 1st grade teacher is working there this summer so we got to say hi to her!

We got Kinley a new bike since she grew out of her old one, and we stopped at Cafe Rio to eat on the way home!

Summer Fun

We have been having a great summer! 

Feels like it has gone on for about 5 months, but other than that, we are enjoying it.

We have been to the beach a few times with friends

It is super fun!

Since the libraries aren't open, my friend has been letting us borrow their books.

At the beach again

This was on July 4th

We woke up super early to beat the crowds and got one of the very last close parking spaces!

This is when Trevor told me there was a huge jellyfish lurking right behind me, and there was! 

That was about when I was ready to head home.

We are glad the beach is not too far from us

We had a yummy BBQ and did sparklers at our friends' house

Kinley did not like them too much

We did lots of Harry Potter spells with them

She warmed up a little

Swimming at our neighbor's pool again. 

They are so sweet and invite us over every other day or so.

And that has been the last month or so of our summer. We are looking forward to our Florida vacation, Trevor's birthday, and finding out what school will look like next year. Trevor is still mainly working from home, only going in on Wednesdays, which has been great! We love at home church and all the time we have had to spend together as a family.
