School is out and summer is in full swing!

We met up in Utah and stayed at the best Airbnb for a few days.

The Airbnb had it's own pool and we swam every day.
The weather was perfect the whole time.
Lots of talking and catching up

Trevor won Engineer of the Year award but we couldn't go to the ceremony back in October because they weren't allowing government travel.
They finally sent him his award!
This summer I am having the kids make dinner and help me cook.
Tanner made omelets for his night and they were really yummy!
Trevor went on travel to Seattle.
He and his coworker hiked Dickerson Falls.

We pay the kids for every mile they walk/run.
Went to Virginia Beach for a few days!
The day before, I bought a bunch of snacks and treats to take with us.
The night before we left, this is how much was left of the apple fritters. There were 4!
We got a suite this time.
It even had two bathrooms!
We could walk right out on to the boardwalk from our room.
Hot tubbing
Took the kids to try Thai food.
We figured they would like the chicken pad thai so we got three orders of that, and just one of yellow curry. Turns out they all loved the yellow curry and just liked the pad thai ok.
At night we would walk about 1.5 miles on the boardwalk to Dairy Queen, get a treat, and then walk back.
Got up twice to run a little and watch the sunrise
This hotel has the best pools
Even worked out on the beach workout equipment
We had a great time!
It was so relaxing and fun.
