April update

We have had lots of fun this month! I can't believe that school is almost over for Maddie and she will be done with kindergarten.

Our two little princesses

Maddie had a super loose tooth one day and we decided to pull it out.
This is her before picture.

And this is after.
Trevor pulled it out and she got two dollars from the Tooth Fairy!

We went to Maddie's play at school called Folk Tales Galore, put on by her class.

They sang lots of songs and acted out a few folk tales.

Maddie was the duck in "The Little Red Hen."
She did a great job! She spoke nice and loud and clearly.

Afterwards we got to take pictures with her and then after school we went out to Denny's to celebrate!

Maddie got a shake for being the hero this week.
Kinley was not too happy about it. She kept trying to steal the shake and was mad when we told her it was Maddie's.

Playing at Grandma's house during Priesthood Session of Stake Conference.

The kids painted a bunch of pictures and had a great time.

We took the kites out again, although this time it was much more windy.

Kinley seeking shelter in the truck.

Enjoying some ice cream

Tanner always wants to go to this toy store in town just to play with the toys.
He was looking forward to it all week so I took him today and let him play for about 20 minutes. He loved it!

Kinley loved playing with this little dollhouse and made the little bunnies talk to each other.

Easter!

We had a super fun Easter weekend!
Lots of time with family and lots of good food.

Tanner helping me roll out tortillas

Family night bike ride!

Tanner is getting pretty good now

Maddie really wanted to make sugar cookies one night

Maddie's Easter loot from school.
She had a lot of fun at her Easter party.

Ready to go!

Starting the scavenger hunt

Kinley found an egg!

One of the eggs was under a chicken!

Finally at the treasure

And there was a lot of it!

Kinley got to go first (under much protest from her siblings) so she could have a little head start and figure out what to do.

There were eggs everywhere!

Next year they need bigger baskets!

Trying out some candy

Kinley was completely worn out after all the excitement.

Tanner's first time singing with the Primary in sacrament meeting!
They both did great.

Our dessert after Easter dinner the next day

The Easter bunny got kites for each of the kids and it was super windy on family night so we decided to walk out to the desert and try them out.

We had so much fun and are glad we go to spend lots of time with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Ryan!
