March Update

Kinley's Valentine's Day headband

I finally got to try cookies from Levain Bakey.
This is the chocolate chip walnut one, which was my favorite.

They were enormous and just as good as I imagined

This is the chocolate peanut butter one, which was also amazing, tasted like a brownie

Trevor's present for Valentine's Day that he shared with everyone

Valentine's Day sunglasses

Maddie making Magnolia brownies.
Her teacher made some and showed the class and then Maddie wanted to make them because they looked so yummy.

They turned out super delicious and we all loved them

Reading to Kinley

I made a copycat version of the Levain chocolate chip walnut cookies and they tasted pretty close to the real thing!

Tanner had his first piano recital and he did great!
He had only been taking lessons for two weeks when he did the recital

Tanner's favorite stuffed animal, a wolf from Grami that he named Moon

Still hard at work with virtual school.
They are headed back to in person school for two days a week starting April 19th. We are all super excited (but I think I am more excited than anyone).

Dressed up for Dr. Seuss Day with Daddy's Cat in the Hat hat

We went to a birthday party for a kid in our ward and they had this electric car.
Tanner drove it around the entire time and gave rides to all the kids.

I was in the mood to make something fancy so I made a copycat Reeses Peanut Butter Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. It turned out sooooo good.

The inside

It was so fun to make

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
The leprechaun surprised us with lots of treats and presents

I made green pancakes for breakfast

The kids playing with their bubbles

We decorated shamrock sugar cookies too

Kinley can ride her bike completely on her own now!
We went riding at the church and she did so good and didn't need any help.

  1. So much fun for the holidays. The treats look delicious. Too bad I'm on "the diet". The kids look more grown up all the time. Can't wait to see you in August. Grampa
