We have been getting lots of snow lately and the kids even had a few days off from school because of it. We have been having fun and trying to push through virtual school and COVID restrictions.
We went to the park with our friends, did a hike around the lake and fed the ducks
I made brioche bread for the first time
I made homemade bagels, plain and cinnamon sugar, which we ate for dinner that night
Playing Legos
Our neighbors have a fun hill to sled on, so we went over there to try it out
The kids loved it!
They even built a snowman
And tried snow slush for the first time, which they loved
They got the day off of school the next day!
I made them pancakes for breakfast to celebrate
Second day of sledding
Maddie got to be a pro!
She even got some snow pants
Tanner did great
Kinley was having the best time
Maddie and Kinley even got to go together
This cutie loves to dress up
The next day we had a two hour delay, and more snow in our backyard, so the kids went to play in it
Snowman
They rolled this huge snowball, that was still standing after all the other snow melted
Pretty view
Tanner started taking piano lessons!
He has the same teacher as Maddie and is doing awesome!
He loves playing the piano and learning new songs
Watching Supercross with Daddy
Having ice cream with movie night
Grami sent us a new game, Hoot Owl Hoot
We love it!
Tanner requested peanut butter pie for dessert
In honor of the Superbowl
We went to a Superbowl party at our neighbor's house.
Their son was there flying a drone that he made, so our kids got to watch what the drone was seeing as it flew around
They thought it was so cool!
At the Superbowl party, there was a pool everyone could enter to win money.
We didn't put in any money but Kinley ended up winning 25 bucks!
Grandma and Grandpa sent Valentines!

Snow days are always so fun! Uh, that peanut butter pie looks delish! Good pick Tanner. Love y'all!
