Shenandoah Trip

We have been really busy with end of school activities and getting ready for our trip to Shenandoah with the Garcias!

Maddie got the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence, with a letter signed by President Biden

Maddie got to go shooting with the Young Women.

They said she was the best shooter there.

We are having a Hot Cheetos shortage!

I can't find them anywhere

I took Kinley on a date to Panera while Maddie and Tanner were at their church activities and Trevor was on travel

Tanner had his field day at school

I came to Kinley's field day

She is a great hula hooper!

Sunday afternoon everyone arrived at our house and we had a BBQ

We played kickball

And got to catch up

Everyone who stayed at our house (and Grampi, who was taking the picture)

They were a little worn out from the travel

Everyone wanted to go to my Body Pump class on Monday morning

We stopped at Costco for lunch and shopping on the way to Shenandoah

The resort had 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and a splash pad!

We swam every day

There was a life size chess board

We ate all of our meals together at Grami and Grampi's cabin

We drove to Shenandoah for a hike.

And snuggling

We were divided up into three cabins

Golf cart ride with Aunt Alli

Trevor showed Ryan his Swiss Army Knife and taught him all about them.

Ryan loved it and couldn't stop talking about it the whole time.

Maddie learned how to French braid and practiced on me

We played mini golf

Maddie got to go on a horseback ride and said that was her favorite part of the trip

We had such a great time and are so grateful for Adrienne and David for arranging everything

And had to get Rita's for dessert

We did a stretching video together while the guys went on a bike ride

We went to the baseball game!

There was hardly anyone there

Tanner got a ball!

And so did Maddie!

They asked us to do the Tug of War after the 4th inning

It was a great night!

Happy Father's Day!

We are so grateful for Trevor and for everything he does for our family.

He is a great dad and a good example for the kids.

And that is what we have been up to!

Our vacation was tons of fun and we are so glad we got to see everyone and spend time with them.
