May Update

Things are getting pretty busy with the end of the school year coming up!

Our friends gave us their old patio table and chairs.

They let us borrow their trailer to take it back to our house.

Tanner found a snake at the park on our walk

Going on a bike ride around the neighborhood

The kids got to go to a fun party at the bounce house place

It was super fun

With pizza and cupcakes too

We had this cute turtle in our yard

We had a huge snake living right under our front porch area. 

It was out here like this when Maddie came out to water the plants.

Unfortunately, Trevor had to kill it because we didn't want it out here bothering and possibly biting her while she's trying to do her chores.

Mother's Day

I got a really nice card from Trevor and the kids, a gift card to Panera and lots of yummy chocolate

We had a chocolate tasting party

And we did a scorecard to see which ones we liked the best.

We did blind taste tests too.

Trevor guessed them all right!

They have been super into Star Wars lately. 

We have been watching all the Star Wars movies with them, and now are on the Mandalorian

Tanner built a double decker bridge for school and did a great job!

We had our Stake Temple Open House day this past Tuesday. 

We took the kids out of school and had a great time!

There was a nice self guided tour and we saw lots of people from our Stake.

The temple is so beautiful, inside and out.

We couldn't believe how huge it is!

We are excited for it to open back up again.

Trevor resealed our driveway.

It looks way better!

Trevor and I got poison ivy from working in the backyard.

Trevor got it on his arms but I got it really bad.

It is all over me and I have a skin infection from it.

Finally got some meds!

Trevor and Tanner built an awesome TIE fighter

The kids got free tickets to the local minor league baseball game

The team didn't play that well but we had lots of fun

Maddie and Tanner got to high five the players when they came out from the tunnel

And we got lots of yummy food

We are looking forward to summer vacation!
