Okay so this post has tons of pictures! I am dividing this post up into two parts, 4 wheeling and Easter. The first part is 4 wheeling.
We went 4 wheeling up to this place called the Burro Schmidt tunnel. It is this tunnel carved all the way through a mountain! We told Maddie that the abominable snowman and/or the Grinch probably lives there.
I think Tanner was a little apprehensive at first
Looking down the tunnel
Looking for the abominable snowman
She said he wasn't there but probably was out buying groceries
Throwing rocks down the mountain at the other side of the tunnel
On the way to the tunnel we got out at this place that had this old fireplace in the middle of the desert
Me taking a turn driving
There was a snake in the middle of the road on the way up there.
At the tunnel entrance
Tanner reading to go with his flashlight
A little TLC and it will be as good as new!
This one is in the middle because Kalie's birthday and Easter were on the same day. This is the Peanut Butter pie that I made for her.
Easter!
So Trevor's parents and Kyle and Kalie put on this elaborate treasure hunt before we even started hunting for eggs.
A bunch of clues were hidden in golden eggs all over the house and yard with pictures of where the next egg was.
We went to the front yard and back yard and back again about 10 times
And finally ended up right back at the beginning
Enjoying their Easter presents!
The Easter bunny was very generous this year
Ready to hunt some eggs
We are so glad that Tanner is walking now so he could do the egg hunt properly
Maddie found about 50 eggs or more
And in case you didn't get enough of our adorable children, here is a video of them!
Oh my gosh Maddie looks more grown up every time and post! And Tanner's walking! What a cute little baby gait he has. Lol. Looks like so much fun!
