Harry Potter World

We have had a busy last few days! 

For one of my Christmas presents, Trevor and I went on a date to see the professional dancers on Dancing with the Stars!

It was really fun and the dancing was so good!

Then the next day we took the kids to Universal Studios and went to Harry Potter World!

Stopped at Buccee's

We have been dying to check it out and it did not disappoint!

Got some Beaver Nuggets to try

We went shopping at the high-end mall in Orlando

Found a few things

Checked in to our resort-on Universal property!

It was soooo nice

It was set up like you were in Italy

They had multiple pools

Everyone was at the park so it was empty

Ate dinner poolside

In the morning we jumped up and headed for the park on the water taxi

At Hogsmeade-It was just like the movies

We went to Hagrid's Motorbike ride first, which is supposed to be the best ride in the park.

People wait three hours for it! But we got there early and rode it in the first 30 minutes! It was so much fun!

We borrowed our friend's wands

Saw the Knight Bus

Went to Diagon Alley

Tried the frozen Butterbeer-amazing!

Went on the Escape from Gringotts Ride

Rode the Hogwarts Express

On the Hogwarts Express again

The Dragon at Gringotts blows fire!

We visited Jurassic Park and went on the boat ride

Saw a few dinosaurs

Saw a really fun show and then ate at the diner

We loved our trip! We rode all of the Harry Potter rides and a few other ones too! The weather was sooo nice and such a nice break from the cold!
