It was hard to get back into the swing of things after the excitement of Christmas break and then a four day weekend soon after but we have been back on our regular schedule for a few weeks and having fun too!
The kids snuggled together watching Scooby-Doo.
That show is actually pretty creepy.
We took Tanner out a few times to ride his bike and he is getting so much better!
Showing him how it's done.
We told him if he rode all the way to the stairs and back by himself, he could get a Happy Meal, and he did it!

All done!
Stopped at McDonald's for breakfast on our way to the temple.
As we were leaving, this guy told us that we had a beautiful, healthy-looking, perfect family! I'm glad it looks that way to people who don't know us.
I stayed with the kids while Trevor and his parents went in.
We walked all over, went to the visitor's center, the rec room, and got some new garments for Trevor. I'm not really sure why, but Kinley was determined to carry this bag the entire way back from Distribution Services. She fell down a few times and I tried to take it from her but she wouldn't let me.
Eating at Panera on the way home with Grandma and Grandpa.
Tanner busted his lip while we were playing at Grandma's house. It looked so bad at first but healed quickly.
Our neighbor brought over a 5 lb box of Sees candies that she said she ate half of and couldn't finish. We were happy to help her out!
Maddie passed off 15 songs for piano and got a free ice cream from Baskin Robbins!
She was the first one of the piano students to do it.
And that is what we have been up to the last few weeks.
We are getting ready to head to Utah with Trevor next week while he goes recruiting at BYU.

Yay! You posted! Love all the pics of the kiddos! Maddie's hair is so long and Kinley is getting so big!! Can't wait to see y'all soon!
ReplyDeleteYou guys do have a perfect family! Well... until Tanner busted his lip. I'm so impressed he can ride a two-wheeler!! Also, Maddie's school project looks amazing, but it made me dread when Avery starts school and I have to be the one in charge of those things!!
